We had a substantial renovation done to our home by DMJ. We had • 4 walls removed, 3 of which were load bearing • kitchen doubled in size • hardwood installed throughout main floor and upper floor • stairs completely re-done with new treads and new spindles • most of the ceilings had stucco removed • huge majority of the house painted • this job started end of February, 2024 and mostly finished beginning of September, 2024 Dave’s team of Juergen, Ian and Brian were great. They were courteous and polite and they spent time at the end of each day cleaning up. Overall, we are happy with the end result. One thing Dave could improve on is his communication skills. Sometimes it took a while to get him to understand our vision of what we wanted. But, we did mostly get there in the end. Not only would we use DMJ again but we would recommend them to anyone looking to do renovations to their home.Read More
Dave and his crew are great to work with. The job was done in the time frame Dave stated. At the end of each day the site was left clean and we were informed of what would be happening the next day.
